Refund policy

 RETURNS

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you shall return the product within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products sold with a discount or on promotion are not eligible for return. 
  • Return Courier or shipping charges must be borne by the purchaser.
  • The buyer is also responsible for any ongoing cost if the shipment has been returned with missing or false return documents. If a shipment is returned to us, we shall only refund the value of the items without shipping costs and ongoing re-import costs.
  • RLZ Carbon does not take any responsibility for any damage or missing items if reported later than 15 days upon arrival.
  • RLZ Carbon does not take responsibility for any damage to the shipment after the shipment has been accepted by the freight forwarder if it is not proven that the damage already occurred before the arrival at the freight forwarder.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@rlzmotorsports.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PART REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • Customers experiencing issues with their product should contact our customer support team at info@rlzmotorsports.com to initiate the part replacement process.
  • Our customer support team will help you through the necessary steps which may include providing additional information, submitting photos, and returning the defective part.
  •  Once confirmed, we will promptly ship the replacement part to the customer.

 EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, please contact our customer service team to discuss the exchange process.

REFUNDS

  • We generally do not offer refunds for products covered under this policy.
  • Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product specifications and terms before making a purchase decision

EXCEPTIONS

In exceptional cases, where a replacement part is unavailable, RLZ Carbon reserves the right to offer a comparable product or find an alternative resolution.

Please Note : If the customer still wishes for refund, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that a 50% restocking fee may apply and shipping costs are non-refundable.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers must report issues and initiate the replacement process within the period mentioned above.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and following the instructions provided by our customer support team.
  • By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this "Part Replacement" policy
